At the very least, it’s good to have an unbiased, educated and experienced agent who has your best interest in mind. Any one project, no matter how small, requires keen project management, design communication, technical drawings, and foresight to eliminate redundancies and save you money.

Interior designers are the conductor through which your goals and objectives for a space become a reality. We offer guidance on aesthetics and function; we produce the documents to build off of, and manage your project to the very end.

Personally, I am a style-chameleon. One day I am boho chic in fringe + floppy hats, the next minimalist in boxy, simple tops. This makes me a versatile designer and human being, which translates into my interior design aesthetic. Having been trained in interior design, I understand the history of interior design styles + aesthetics, which offers my clients to have the interior they want.

We are able to accommodate out-of-town clients. Travel expenses are worked into the design fee and presentations are easily executed through shared-screen interfaces. We’ve had several clients who have lived outside of the country and have no issue with the early mornings due to time differences.

The initial programming meeting typically takes 1-2 hours. We arrive with clipboard in hand ready to listen to you describe your experiences with your space(s). If you have ideas and photos, it’s great to share them during the initial meeting, along with any other information so we can develop a game plan accordingly.

As involved as you are comfortable with! You can sit back and relax and leave it all up to us, or you can be hands on and utilize our consulting services to call upon us when you need some advisement.

We rely upon 3D digital models, 3D model walk-thrus, hand sketches + 2D interior elevations to show our clients what their finished space is going to feel and look like. We find these tools helpful in conveying a true-to-life experience.

Absolutely not! Budgets and size aren’t a metric for a good project. A successful project to us is one in which our clients have a great experience and are proud of the final product.

We offer different billing structures to our clientele based on the scope of services they need. If you have 90% of the project done, and need help with only a few key items, we can bill you on a consulting fee; on the flip side, if you’re starting a new build and have no idea where to start, we offer a fixed cost-per-square foot fee. These billing structures are meant to keep your design billing expenses down and get the biggest return on investment.
